Need Some Help

Recommended Posts

Hi, I found your site in order to get some information and hope someone can help us. My son came across a piece of pottery in a box purchased at an auction here in New Hampshire. He says it looks like a beanpot and is maked on the bottom, Frankoma 5V. Any ideas about it at all? Many thanks for your time.

Your piece is a 2-quart baker in the Plainsman pattern. This pattern was introduced around 1951, and was in production for many years afterward. I believe it was made in Prairie Green and Desert Gold, only, and its book value is $10-$15.
