Jalapeno Relish discontinued by manufacturer

Looking for a recipe for Jaleno Relish. The manufacturer discontinued making it. I use it in my salsa recipe

The following receipe is from "The Georgia Pig" just off I95 South of Brunswick GA - the closest thing to Texas BBQ in this area. It was printed in the Jacksonville FL "Times Union" daily newspaper around 2000

The Georgia Pig Sweet and Hot Relish

Take equal parts each of seeded and chopped jalapeno peppers, sweet pickle relish, and finely chopped Vidalia onions. Mix together and serve. For a hotter version, do not seed the jalapenos.
