Is anyone taking part in the Great American Bake Sale this year?

The Great American Bake Sale is a national campaign that raises money to fight childhood hungert across teh US. Since 2003, The Great American Bake Sale has raised nearly $5 Million!! The profits that are donated go toward after school and summer meal programs.

I personally think its a great event for a great cause! Anyone taken part in this event before??

Well, in America, 1 in 6 children worry about where their next meal will come from.... that's over 12 million children at risk of hunger!! The great thing about the campaign is that anyone and everyone can make a difference by getting involved. This year's Great American Bake Sale began in March and will continue through the end of July. If you'd like to get involved, check out CandHBakeSale.com. More info on the campaign can be found there along with a registration form ;)
